Personal data will not be used or stored by Kitchen Eleven for longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data are collected in accordance with this agreement. In any event, the retention period shall not exceed 12 months. After the period described above, personal data will be anonymised or destroyed.
Who do we share your data with?
We share your personal data (name, phone number and e-mail address) with the company that manages our table reservation software, with the party that sends our newsletter (name and e-mail address) and with our hosting party because this is necessary for the performance of our services. We conclude a processing agreement with these companies to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processing operations. We also pass on your data to third parties if we are obliged to do so by law. Also in emergencies, for example to help if something unpleasant happens, we may provide your data to, for example, the fire brigade, police or doctor.

If there are several applications or complaints or if your application or complaint is complex, this may take longer. In that case, we will contact you within 60 days at the latest. We may ask you to identify yourself. In that case, we request information from you to make sure that you are the right person to whom the personal data belong.
